Ironically, I'm begining to enjoy civics. It's just such a terrible course - which often affords me the oppurtunity to totally hijack the class. Like, over the last week we did a little simulation thing; basically we were divides into 5 different "villages" that surronded one river, in an undisclosed location. It happens there's a drought this year, and there's not enough water to go around for everyone. So we send diplomats to other "villages" and the leaders of each "village" converge to decide what to do about it. Basically it always just ends with every group declaring war on eachother for more water. I was the leader of our "village" -

Big Brother isn't watching. He's singing and dancing. He's pulling rabbits out of a hat. Big Brother's busy holding your attention every moment you're awake.
